Test Results
Test results are given out daily by specially trained staff. When you call your details will be added to our recall list and you will be asked to provide a telephone number that accepts ‘withheld’ numbers. You will be contacted as soon as possible after that

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone our main switchboard number on 01952 226000 to cancel your appointment.

Repeat Prescriptions

prescriptionsCan be obtained using the printed request slip attached to your prescription or by completing a request form available from reception. This should be placed in the letterbox at the entrance of the practice, the box in reception or sent by post.

By ticking the appropriate boxes, medicines can be dispensed direct from local pharmacies without you having to queue at reception for your prescription and then take it to the pharmacy.

If you do choose to come to the surgery to collect your prescription, please do so after 5pm.

Most repeat medications will need to be monitored by your doctor so regular review appointments may be necessary (a review date added to the bottom of the prescriptions reminds you when this is due).

You will need to allow two working days for collection of repeat prescriptions.
