Test Results
Test results are given out daily by specially trained staff. When you call your details will be added to our recall list and you will be asked to provide a telephone number that accepts ‘withheld’ numbers. You will be contacted as soon as possible after that

Complaints & Suggestions

Wellington Medical Practice aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know.

In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, you can write to the Complaints Manager at Telford & Wrekin PCT.
